Jadrolinija sells tickets online, through its app and at sales points. On reservation routes, the selected departure is guaranteed. On non-reservation routes, the chosen time is not binding and boarding depends on vessel capacity and arrival order.

The island rule First confirm whether the route accepts reservations. If it does not, buying online removes the ticket-counter job but does not remove the vehicle queue.

A departure time can be a suggestion

For non-reservation lines, a ticket can be valid for the route and date without promising space on the selected sailing. Jadrolinija recommends arriving one to two hours early on such routes, and even earlier for some peak-season departures. Reservation routes have their own stated check-in expectations.

An online purchase is not always an online reservationThe green “paid” screen proves payment. The route rules decide whether it also proves a place on that departure.

Download before the signal becomes scenery

Save the ticket, timetable and accommodation details offline. Screenshot the QR code without discarding the original. Coastal mobile coverage is common, but a boarding queue is the wrong place to depend on one email reload.

Payment on board is a fallback, not the plan

Jadrolinija says tickets can exceptionally be bought on board when the agency is closed and recommends app or website purchase. Onboard purchases accept cash and major listed cards, but availability and connectivity should not replace advance planning.
